Austim is also certified under the Quality Assurance system ISO-9001, which ensures procedures are put in place to create efficiencies enabling us to further improve and add value to our customer service offer. This process was achieved by the business contracting an external consultant to create a "Quality Management System", after which certification is achieved upon successful completion of a third party audit.
